Production and Shipping Time
The estimated production time is approximately 1 week. In cases of high demand, design reviews, approval delays, or operational congestion, the production and shipping time may extend to 15 to 21 business days.
Orders are intended to be shipped within the timeframe specified on the website or in these Terms. If Dutmind LLC is unable to ship within the stated timeframe, it may notify the customer of the delay and offer the customer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a refund.
Delivery time after shipment may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the operations of third-party carriers.
