1. Product Characteristics
The products offered on this website are premium, custom-made, limited-edition commemorative items created based on the information provided by the customer. These products may include, but are not limited to, the following elements:
laser-engraved titanium components
personal messages, dates, or names
visual or symbolic design elements
premium presentation or keepsake boxes
digital keepsake or commemorative video content
Each product is custom-made and may differ from standard retail products.

2. Pre-Order and Limited-Edition Collection
Products offered as part of the Unsinkable Love collection are produced as a limited-edition collection of 2,225 pieces. Products are not kept in standard stock ready for immediate shipment; they are prepared on a pre-order basis.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:
that the product is part of a limited-edition collection,
that production begins after the order is accepted,
that production scheduling may depend on operational and project timelines,
that the production sequence and shipping schedule may change.
Dutmind LLC reserves the right to determine the production schedule, allocation order, and shipping sequence for the collection.

3. Order Placement and Approval
When the customer places an order, they acknowledge that all names, messages, dates, images, and personalization details provided are accurate and that they are authorized to use them.
Where deemed necessary, a design preview or content approval may be requested prior to production. Once design or production approval is granted, the order proceeds to the production process.

4. Sea Capsule Ritual and Commemorative Experience
As part of the project concept, Unsinkable Love may organize a sea capsule memorial ritual and associated visual documentation. This ritual is designed as an artistic and commemorative brand experience linked to the collection’s concept.
The currently projected target date is August 12, 2026, and the event is planned to take place after the completion of the planned 2,225-piece collection. This date is only an estimate and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety requirements, logistics, permits, planning, or other operational reasons.

5. Artistic Representation and Digital Commemorative Content
All videos, visual recordings, commemorative clips, media content accessible via QR codes, and similar representations related to the ritual are presented as artistic, symbolic, and commemorative representations that reflect the project’s experience.
The customer acknowledges that this content is conceptual and expressive in nature; provided that the overall spirit of the project is preserved, the customer agrees that this content may be adapted, edited, postponed, presented in a different format, or prepared using a different creative approach.

6. Shipping of Physical Souvenir Products
Physical products such as the souvenir box, engraved titanium items, and collection contents may be shipped to the client after production is complete; the ritual event does not need to take place beforehand for this shipment.
