1. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an order within 3 calendar days of placing it, provided production has not yet begun.
After this period, or once design approval has been given and/or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled because the product is custom-made for the customer.
However, this cancellation restriction does not preclude the customer’s rights in cases where the seller fails to ship the product within the specified shipping timeframe, sends the wrong product, or the product arrives severely damaged.

2. Returns and Refunds
Since products are custom-made and produced according to the order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or content preferences provided by the customer.
However, if the product arrives severely damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved order, the customer must contact Dutmind LLC within 7 days of delivery and provide reasonable supporting evidence, such as photos and order details. In such cases, Dutmind LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide an exchange, repair, store credit, or refund if deemed appropriate.
